2. Safety Information
- Use only the provided 12V 5A power adapter. Using an incorrect adapter may damage the charger or batteries.
- Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries. This can lead to explosion, rupture, or leakage, causing personal injury or property damage.
- Ensure correct battery polarity (+/-) when inserting batteries into the charger slots.
- Do not expose the charger to water, high humidity, or extreme temperatures.
- Keep the charger away from flammable materials during operation.

- The charger features independent temperature detection for each slot. If a battery's temperature reaches 65°C (149°F), the charger will automatically reduce the charging current. If the temperature continues to rise, the current will drop to the lowest setting (250mA).

5. Setup
- Connect Power: Plug the 12V/5A power adapter into the DC 12V input port on the back of the charger. Then, plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet. The LCD display will illuminate.
- Insert Batteries: Carefully insert one or more compatible rechargeable batteries into the charger slots, observing the correct polarity (+ and -) indicated on the charger. The charger will automatically detect the battery type (Li-ion or NiMH/Ni-Cd) and display initial information.

6. Operating Instructions
The Lii-600 charger features two main touch buttons: "MODE" and "CURRENT".
- MODE Button: Used to select the operating mode (CHARGE, TEST, DISCHARGE, REPAIR). Press and hold for 3 seconds to enter mode selection.
- CURRENT Button: Used to manually select the charging or discharging current.
- SLOTS Buttons (1, 2, 3, 4): Used to select individual battery slots for specific settings.
6.1. CHARGE Mode
This is the default mode for charging batteries.
- Insert the battery. The charger will automatically detect the battery type and enter CHARGE mode.
- The charger will automatically distribute the charging current based on battery resistance.
- To manually select the charging current (250mA, 500mA, 1000mA, 1500mA, 2000mA, 2500mA, 3000mA), press the "CURRENT" button repeatedly within 8 seconds of inserting the battery or selecting the slot.
- The charging process will begin. The LCD will display real-time charging status.
6.2. TEST Mode (Capacity Test)
This mode measures the actual capacity of the battery. It involves a full discharge followed by a full charge.
- Insert the battery.
- Press and hold the "MODE" button for 3 seconds to enter mode selection.
- Press "MODE" repeatedly until "TEST" is displayed.
- Press the "CURRENT" button to select the desired charging current for the test cycle.
- The charger will first fully discharge the battery, then fully charge it, and finally display the measured capacity. This process takes time.
6.3. DISCHARGE Mode
This mode discharges the battery to a safe low voltage.
- Insert the battery.
- Press and hold the "MODE" button for 3 seconds to enter mode selection.
- Press "MODE" repeatedly until "DISCHARGE" is displayed.
- Press the "CURRENT" button to select the desired discharge current.
- If charging current is 250mA, discharge current is 250mA.
- If charging current is 500mA or 1000mA, discharge current is 500mA.
- If charging current is 1500mA, 2000mA, 2500mA, 3000mA, discharge current is 750mA.
- For Ni-MH batteries, discharge current is limited to 250mA or 500mA.
- The battery will begin discharging.
6.4. REPAIR Mode
This mode attempts to repair batteries that have lost power or are deeply discharged.
- Insert the battery.
- Press and hold the "MODE" button for 3 seconds to enter mode selection.
- Press "MODE" repeatedly until "REPAIR" is displayed.
- The charger will apply small currents and monitor voltage changes to attempt to restore the battery. This process may involve multiple cycles.
- Note: There is no guarantee that the battery will be successfully repaired.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Disconnect the charger from power before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the charger in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use.
- Ventilation: Ensure the charger has adequate ventilation during operation. Do not cover the ventilation holes.
