Setup Instructions
1. Powering On the Transmitter
Connect the transmitter to a power source using the provided power cable. Slide the power switch on the transmitter to the 'ON' position. The power indicator light will illuminate.
2. Connecting the Transmitter to Your TV
The HT280 transmitter supports multiple audio input types. Choose the connection type that is available on your TV and use the corresponding cable.
- Optical Connection: Use the optical cable to connect the transmitter's 'OPTICAL' input port to your TV's 'OPTICAL OUT' port.
- RCA Connection: Use the RCA audio cable (red and white plugs) to connect the transmitter's 'AUDIO IN' ports to your TV's 'AUDIO OUT' ports.
- AUX/3.5mm Connection: Use a 3.5mm audio cable to connect the transmitter's 'AUDIO IN' port to your TV's 3.5mm headphone jack or 'AUDIO OUT' port.
Ensure your TV's audio output settings are configured correctly to send audio through the selected port. For optical connections, set your TV's digital audio output format to 'PCM' and disable 'Dolby' or 'DTS' settings.
3. Pairing Headphones
The HT2804 headphones are pre-paired with the transmitter. Simply turn on the headphones by sliding the power switch to 'ON'. They should automatically connect to the transmitter. The LED indicator on the headphones will turn solid green when connected.
To add additional HT280 headphones, ensure the transmitter is on. Turn on the new headphone. It should automatically connect. The HT280 system can support up to 100 headphones simultaneously.
Operating Instructions
Individual Volume Control
Each HT280 headphone features independent volume control. Use the volume buttons located on the earcup to adjust the listening level to your preference without affecting other connected headphones or the TV's main speaker volume.
Charging Headphones
After each use, simply place the headphones back onto the transmitter dock for convenient charging. The charging indicator light on the dock will show the charging status. This ensures your headphones are always ready for use and helps prevent low-battery anxiety.
Maintenance
Battery Replacement

Troubleshooting

- Headphones Not Working with Other Bluetooth Devices: These headphones are specifically designed to work with the HT280 transmitter dock and are NOT compatible with other Bluetooth-enabled devices like phones, tablets, or laptops.
- Headphones Uncomfortable After Extended Use: While designed for comfort, extended use of any over-ear headphones can lead to discomfort. Take short breaks to alleviate pressure and adjust the headband for a better fit.
- Cannot Charge and Transmit Simultaneously: The system is designed for charging when placed on the dock. If you require continuous use for multiple headphones, consider purchasing additional charging stations if available.
