Charging the Headphones

A "BATTERY LOW" voice prompt and a flashing red [Status Indicator] light indicate low battery. To charge, use a 5V/500mA-2A rated USB adapter (like a phone charger) or a PC USB port.

Place the headphones on the [Charging Stand]. The stand's LED will turn white while charging and green when charging is complete. Charging time is approximately 2.5 hours.

Step 1: Enter Pairing Mode

Turn on the headphones. For first-time use, they will automatically enter PAIRING mode. If not, slide the [Power/Wired/Pair Switch] to "HOLD TO PAIR" and hold for 2 seconds until the LED flashes red & blue (??).

Calling with the Boom Mic

The Eon headphones have a built-in microphone, but the detachable boom mic significantly enhances call quality with its noise-filtering technology, ensuring your voice is heard clearly. The mute switch on the boom mic offers convenient control.

It is highly recommended to use the boom mic for calls. It can be used in both wireless and wired modes by plugging it into the headphones and optionally connecting the AUX cable directly to the boom mic.

Using as Wired Headphones

Step 1: Switch Mode

Slide the [Power/Wired/Pair Switch] to the "OFF / Wired" position.

Step 2: Connect Audio

Option 1: If the microphone is not needed, plug the [AUX 3.5mm Audio Cable] into both the headphones and your audio output device.

Option 2: If the microphone is not needed, plug the [AUX 3.5mm Audio Cable] into both the headphones and your audio output device.

Note: When in wired mode, listening modes (ANC, transparency, normal) and all other built-in buttons do not function. The switch on the boom mic will still work.

FAQ

Below are some of the most common questions people have during setup.

Why is the microphone not working with my PC?

There are several reasons why the microphone may not be working with your PC. First, ensure the mute switch on the boom mic is OFF (unmuted). The issue might also be related to hardware or computer settings. To check for hardware issues, connect the headphones to your phone and test calls with and without the boom mic. If no issues occur, double-check your computer settings:

Why isn't my audio switching between my phone and PC with the dual link feature?

To switch between your phone and PC, first pause the audio or end the call on the current device (using its controls or the headphone buttons). After 7-10 seconds, initiate audio on the second device. The Eon should automatically swap sources.
