Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner.

  • It is recommended to empty the dustbin after each use or when the MAX fill line is reached.
  • Press the dustbin release button to detach it from the main motor unit.
  • Open the dustbin lid and empty the contents into a trash can.
  • Reattach the dustbin securely.

2. Cleaning the Filters

The INSE N5 features a 5-stage filtration system including a HEPA filter. Regular cleaning of the filters is crucial to prevent weak suction and motor blockage.

  • Remove Filters: Twist and pull to remove the filter assembly from the dustbin. Separate the HEPA filter and the metal filter.
  • Wash Filters: Rinse the HEPA filter and metal filter under cold running water. Do not use detergent.
  • Dry Filters: Allow all filter components to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reassembling and placing them back into the vacuum. Ensure they are completely dry to prevent mold or damage to the motor.
  • Frequency: Clean filters monthly with regular use. Replace the HEPA filter every 3-6 months, depending on usage.

3. Cleaning the Brush Roll

  • Periodically check the brush roll for tangled hair or debris.
  • To access the brush roll, unlock the side latch on the motorized brush head and remove the brush roll.
  • Use the provided cleaning tool (with a blade) to cut and remove any tangled hair or fibers.
  • Reinsert the brush roll and secure the latch.
