4. Setup and Filling

4.1 Battery Installation

1. Twist the top stainless steel section of the grinder counter-clockwise to separate it from the acrylic window section.
2. Locate the battery compartment. Insert 6x AAA batteries (not included) according to the polarity markings (+/-).
3. Align the top section with the acrylic window section and twist clockwise to secure it firmly.

4.2 Filling the Grinder

1. Ensure the grinder is empty and clean.
2. Twist the top stainless steel section counter-clockwise to separate it from the acrylic window section.
3. Carefully fill the acrylic window compartment with your desired dry spices, coffee beans, or salt crystals. Do not overfill.
4. Align the top section with the acrylic window section and twist clockwise to secure it firmly.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Grinding

1. Ensure the grinder is filled with your desired ingredients and batteries are correctly installed.
2. Hold the grinder firmly and invert it (turn it upside down) over your food or dish.
3. The gravity sensor will automatically activate the grinding mechanism and the built-in LED light.
4. Once you have achieved the desired amount of ground spice, return the grinder to an upright position to stop the grinding process.

5.2 Adjusting Grinding Level

1. Locate the adjustable grinding knob at the bottom of the grinder (the part that dispenses the ground spice).
2. Turn the knob clockwise for a finer grind.
3. Turn the knob counter-clockwise for a coarser grind.
4. Test the grind on a surface to ensure it meets your preference before grinding over food.
