1. Introduction

The Gecko in.Touch 2 Internet Module provides remote control and monitoring capabilities for your spa, compatible with Gecko in.y and in.x series spa systems. This module allows you to manage your spa's functions from anywhere using a dedicated mobile application on your iOS or Android device. It offers a convenient way to prepare your spa for use, adjust settings, and monitor its status.

3. Setup & Installation

The in.Touch 2 module is designed for straightforward installation. Follow these steps to set up your system.

3.1 Spa Transmitter Installation

1. Ensure your spa's power is turned off at the main breaker before proceeding.
2. Locate the main control box of your spa system.
3. Connect the spa transmitter's 2-meter cable to the designated port on your spa's main controller. The port is typically labeled for communication modules.
4. Once connected, a blinking light on the spa transmitter indicates it is attempting to establish a connection.
5. Secure the spa transmitter in a dry, protected location within the spa's equipment compartment, ensuring the cable is not pinched.

3.2 Home Transmitter Installation

1. Place the home transmitter near your internet router.
2. Connect the power adapter to the home transmitter and plug it into a standard electrical outlet.
3. Use the provided Ethernet cable to connect the home transmitter to an available LAN port on your internet router.
4. A solid light on the home transmitter indicates a successful connection to your home network.

4. Operating the in.Touch 2 Module (Mobile App)

The in.Touch 2 module is controlled via a state-of-the-art mobile application available for iOS and Android devices. This app provides comprehensive control over your spa's functions.

4.1 App Features

• Temperature Control: View the current spa temperature and adjust the set point remotely.
• Pump Control: Turn spa pumps on or off.

5. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Gecko in.Touch 2 module, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

• No Connection to Spa:
  • Ensure the spa transmitter cable is securely plugged into the spa's main controller.
  • Check if the spa transmitter's indicator light is blinking, indicating it is attempting to connect.
  • Verify that the spa system is powered on.
• No Connection to Home Network/App:
  • Confirm the Ethernet cable is properly connected from the home transmitter to your router.
  • Check if the home transmitter's indicator light is solid, indicating a successful network connection.
  • Ensure your home router is functioning correctly and has an active internet connection.
  • Restart the mobile application.
  • Try restarting both the home transmitter (by unplugging and replugging its power) and your home router.
• App Not Responding:
  • Close and reopen the in.Touch 2 mobile application.
  • Ensure your mobile device has a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data).
