Setup and Installation
Unpacking

Placement

Operating Instructions
Initial Startup
After plugging in the freezer, allow it to operate empty for at least 2-3 hours before storing food. This ensures the interior reaches the desired temperature.
Temperature Control
The freezer features a 7-grade manual temperature control knob located on the back of the unit. Turn the knob to select your desired temperature setting. The approximate temperature range is -8°F to 7°F (-22°C to -14°C).
- Setting '0' indicates the unit is off.
- Settings '1' to '7' represent increasing levels of coldness, with '7' being the coldest.
- For general use, a mid-range setting (e.g., '3' or '4') is often sufficient. Adjust as needed based on ambient temperature and food load.

Food Storage
- Do not overload the freezer. Allow space for air to circulate around items for efficient freezing.
- Use airtight containers or freezer bags to prevent freezer burn and odor transfer.

Defrosting
This freezer requires manual defrosting. Defrost when the frost layer on the interior walls reaches approximately 0.2 inches (5 mm) thick.
