2. Important Safety Instructions

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Basic Operation
- Place an induction-compatible vessel centrally on the cooking zone.
- Plug in the cooktop. The display will show standby mode.
- Press the On/Off button to turn on the appliance.
- Select a desired cooking mode using the Function button or choose a preset menu.
- Adjust power/temperature using the + and - buttons.
- To turn off, press the On/Off button again. The fan may continue to run for a short period to cool down the appliance.
5.2. Using Preset Menus
The IC123 offers 7 preset Indian menus for convenient cooking:
- Dosa/Roti: Optimized for flatbreads.
- Deep Fry: Maintains consistent oil temperature for frying.
- Pressure Cook: Suitable for pressure cooking.
- Keep Warm: Maintains food at a warm temperature.
