1. Introduction

The XDOBO X8 is a versatile 60W outdoor speaker designed to deliver 360° HD surround sound with rich stereo bass. It features Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, a 6600mAh battery for extended playtime, and is waterproof for outdoor use.

2. Safety Information

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided Type-C data cable to the speaker's charging port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator light will show the charging status.

The speaker is equipped with a 6600mAh rechargeable battery, providing up to 15 hours of playtime at 50% volume. Full charging typically takes 3 hours.

4.2 Powering On/Off

To power on the speaker, press and hold the power button (⏻) located on the top panel until you hear an audible prompt. To power off, press and hold the power button again.

4.3 Bluetooth Pairing

Once powered on, the speaker will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for "X8" in the list of available devices. Select "X8" to connect. A voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.

4.4 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

For an enhanced stereo experience, you can pair two XDOBO X8 speakers together:

1. Ensure both X8 speakers are powered off and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
2. Power on both speakers.
3. On one of the speakers (this will become the main speaker), double-press the power button. The speaker will enter TWS pairing mode.
4. The speakers will automatically connect to each other. You will hear a "beep beep" sound from the main speaker once TWS pairing is successful.
5. Now, connect your device to the main speaker via Bluetooth. Both speakers will play audio in stereo.

5. Operating the Speaker

5.1 Button Functions

The top panel of the XDOBO X8 speaker features several control buttons:

• Power Button (⏻): Press and hold to power on/off.
• Mode Button (M): Short press to switch between Bluetooth, TF Card, and AUX modes.
• Play/Pause Button (▶‖): Short press to play or pause music.
• Volume Down (-): Short press to decrease volume. Press and hold for previous track.
• Volume Up (+): Short press to increase volume. Press and hold for next track.
• Voice Assistant Button (🎤): Short press to activate your device's voice assistant.

5.2 Connectivity Options

The XDOBO X8 offers multiple ways to connect your audio sources:

• Bluetooth 5.0: Provides a stable and fast wireless connection with a range of up to 10 meters.
• TF Card Slot: Insert a micro SD card (up to 16GB) directly into the speaker to play audio files.
• 3.5mm AUX Input: Connect devices without Bluetooth using the provided audio line.

5.3 Voice Assistant

5.4 Hands-Free Calling

When connected via Bluetooth, the built-in microphone allows you to answer incoming calls hands-free. Press the Play/Pause button (▶‖) to answer or end a call.
