Setup and Programming
Follow these steps to program your LAWOHO garage door remote control:
Step 1: Program the Remote Control
- Activate Programming Mode: Press and hold the 'program button' (located at the bottom right of the remote) for approximately 3-5 seconds using the safety pin provided. The LED on the remote will flash quickly and then turn off. Release the button once the LED is off.
- Select Opener Type: Press and release the button on the remote that you wish to program. The number of presses corresponds to your garage door opener's learn button color:
- Press 1 time for Security+ 2.0 (Yellow Learn Button)
- Press 2 times for 315 MHz Security+ (Purple Learn Button)
- Press 3 times for 390 MHz Security+ (Red or Orange Learn Button)
- Press 4 times for 390 MHz Billion Code (Green Learn Button)
- Confirm Selection: Press the 'program button' two times quickly. The LED will blink once to confirm your selection.

Step 2: Sync with Your Garage Door Opener
- Locate Learn Button: Access your garage door opener motor unit. You may need a stepladder to reach it. Pull down the cover to expose the learn button.
- Activate Learn Mode: Press and release the learn button on your garage door opener. The learn indicator light on the opener will glow steadily for 30 seconds.
- Sync Remote: Within these 30 seconds, press and hold the button on your LAWOHO remote control that you programmed in Step 1. Continue holding until the lights on your garage door opener flash or you hear two clicks (if a light bulb is not installed).

Operating the Remote Control
After successful programming, simply press the programmed button on your LAWOHO remote control to activate your garage door opener. The garage door will open or close accordingly.

Maintenance
Battery Replacement
The remote control uses one CR2 battery. If the remote's LED indicator does not light up or the range decreases significantly, it may be time to replace the battery.
- Open the Remote Casing: Use a small flat screwdriver to carefully pry open the remote control casing.
- Remove Old Battery: Gently remove the old CR2 battery from its compartment.
- Insert New Battery: Insert a new CR2 battery, ensuring the positive (+) side is facing up.
- Close Casing: Snap the remote control casing back together securely.

Troubleshooting
