Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Camera offline | No power; Wi-Fi signal weak/lost; Network cable disconnected. | Check power connection. Relocate camera closer to router or use a Wi-Fi extender. Reconnect Ethernet cable. Restart camera and router. |
| Poor image quality | Dirty lens; Incorrect focus; Low light conditions; Network bandwidth issues. | Clean the lens. Adjust focus via the app. Ensure adequate lighting or rely on night vision. Check network speed. |
| Motion detection not working or too many false alarms | Detection settings incorrect; Environmental factors (e.g., moving branches, shadows). | Adjust detection sensitivity. Configure detection zones to exclude irrelevant areas. Ensure Human Detection is enabled. |
| Cannot connect to 5GHz Wi-Fi | Router not broadcasting 5GHz; Camera too far from 5GHz source. | Verify your router supports 5GHz and it's enabled. 5GHz has shorter range, try moving camera closer or use 2.4GHz. |
| MicroSD card not recognized | Incorrect format; Card capacity too large; Faulty card. | Ensure card is FAT32 formatted and max 128GB. Try a different MicroSD card. |
