1. Introduction and Overview
Welcome to the Elechomes XL 18.5 Quart Air Fryer Oven. 2. Important Safety Instructions
- Always place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to allow for proper air circulation.
- Do not immerse the power cord, plug, or the appliance housing in water or other liquids to prevent electric shock.
- Supervise children closely when the appliance is in use. This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities.
- Unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow it to cool completely before handling or storing parts.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
- Avoid using accessories not recommended by the manufacturer, as this may cause injuries or damage to the appliance.
- Do not place the appliance near hot gas or electric burners, or in a heated oven.
- Exercise extreme caution when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- Always ensure the drip tray is in place during operation to collect excess oil and crumbs.

3. Product Components and Accessories
Your Elechomes Air Fryer Oven comes with a variety of accessories to enhance your cooking versatility. All included accessories are made from 304 stainless steel and are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

Included Accessories:
- 2pcs Rotisserie Shaft: For roasting whole chickens or other large cuts of meat.

4. Setup and First Use
Unpacking:
- Carefully remove all packaging materials from the air fryer oven and its accessories.
- Check that all listed components and accessories are present and undamaged.
- Remove any promotional stickers or labels.
Placement:
- Place the air fryer oven on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is at least 6 inches (15 cm) of clear space on all sides of the appliance to allow for proper air circulation. Do not block the air vents.
- Do not place the appliance directly under cabinets or near flammable materials.
Before First Use:
- Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Wash all accessories (air flow racks, rotating basket, rotisserie shaft, forks, etc.) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Insert the drip tray at the bottom of the oven.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- It is recommended to run the air fryer oven empty for about 10-15 minutes at 350°F (175°C) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor may be present during this initial use; this is normal and will dissipate.
5. Operating Instructions
The Elechomes Air Fryer Oven features a digital LCD touch screen for easy operation. You can select from 12 pre-set cooking functions or manually adjust the temperature and time.

Control Panel Overview:
- Power Button: Turns the appliance on/off and starts/pauses cooking.
- Temperature Control (+/-): Adjusts temperature from 100°F to 400°F (38°C to 204°C).
- Time Control (+/-): Adjusts cooking time from 1 to 60 minutes.
- Preset Icons: 12 dedicated icons for common dishes (e.g., French Fries, Chicken, Seafood, Steak, Shrimp, Pizza, Fish, Cake, Vegetable, Dry Fruit, Defrost).
- Light Button: Turns the interior light on/off to monitor cooking progress.
- Rotate Button: Activates the rotisserie function for even cooking.
Using Pre-set Functions:
- Place your food inside the oven on the appropriate accessory (e.g., air flow rack, rotating basket).
- Close the oven door securely.
- Press the Power button to turn on the display.
- Select the desired pre-set icon by tapping it. The display will show the default temperature and time for that pre-set.
- You can adjust the default temperature and time using the Temperature (+/-) and Time (+/-) buttons if needed.
- Press the Power button again to start cooking.
Manual Operation:
- Place your food inside the oven.
- Close the oven door.
- Press the Power button.
- Use the Temperature (+/-) buttons to set your desired cooking temperature (e.g., 355°F).
- Use the Time (+/-) buttons to set your desired cooking time (e.g., 13 minutes).
- Press the Power button again to start cooking.
Special Functions:
- Rotisserie: For whole chickens or roasts, attach the food to the rotisserie shaft and place it in the oven. Press the Rotate button on the control panel to activate the rotation for even browning.
- Dehydrate: The dehydrate function allows you to create flat, chip-like dehydrated foods for snacks. Use the air flow racks for best results.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning of your Elechomes Air Fryer Oven will ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan. Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
Cleaning the Interior:
- Wipe the interior walls with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive sponge can be used.
- Clean the heating elements gently with a soft brush if necessary, ensuring they are cool.
- The interior light can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
Cleaning Accessories:
- All accessories, including the air flow racks, rotating mesh basket, rotisserie shaft, and drip tray, are dishwasher safe.
- Alternatively, wash them by hand with warm, soapy water. Use a non-abrasive sponge or brush to remove food residue.
- Ensure all accessories are thoroughly dried before storing or re-using.
