5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning Your Watch

  • Wipe the watch case and metal strap with a soft, dry cloth regularly to remove dust and dirt.
  • For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap, then wipe dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Ensure the crown is pushed in completely before cleaning to maintain water resistance.

5.2 Water Resistance

Your Fastrack watch is rated for 5 ATM / 50 meters water resistance. This means it is suitable for everyday use, including showering and swimming in shallow water. However, it is not suitable for diving or high-impact water sports. Do not operate the crown or buttons while the watch is wet or submerged, as this can compromise the water seal.

5.3 Battery Replacement

When the watch battery runs low (indicated by dimming digital display or analog hands stopping), it is recommended to have it replaced by an authorized Fastrack service center or a qualified watch technician. Attempting to replace the battery yourself may void the warranty and compromise water resistance.
