2. Package Contents
- 1x Pre-wired 6 Gang Rocker Switch Panel
- 1x Screw Set for mounting
- 2 sets of DIY Stickers (transparent and night glow)
3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Physical Installation
The aluminum panel measures approximately 7 inches (Length) x 2.75 inches (Width) x 2.6 inches (Height). Ensure adequate space is available for mounting.
Mount the switch panel securely using the provided screw set in a suitable location on your vehicle's dashboard, console, or other desired surface. Consider accessibility and protection from direct exposure to harsh elements if not already protected.
3.2 Wiring Instructions
The switch panel comes pre-wired for ease of installation. It is compatible with both 12V and 24V DC systems. Each switch is a 5-pin SPST (Single Pole Single Throw) ON/OFF rocker switch.
Basic Wiring Overview:
- Connect the main positive (+) wire (red) from the panel to your battery's positive terminal.
- Connect the main negative (-) wire (black) from the panel to your battery's negative terminal or a suitable ground point.
- Connect the positive (+) wire of your accessory (load) to the output terminal of the desired switch.
- Connect the negative (-) wire of your accessory to a suitable ground point.
3.3 Advanced Wiring Configurations
For more complex setups involving multiple accessories or higher current draws, you may need to integrate a fuse box or relays. Always ensure proper fusing for each circuit to protect your electrical system.
3.4 Using a Master Switch
You can configure one of the switches as a master switch to control the power to other switches. This requires rewiring the internal jumper wires.

3.5 Applying DIY Stickers
The panel includes two sets of stickers: transparent and night glow. These can be applied to the switch caps to label the functions of each switch.
4. Operating the Switch Panel
Each rocker switch controls an individual circuit. To activate an accessory, press the top part of the rocker switch. To deactivate, press the bottom part.
4.1 LED Lighting Effect
The switches feature blue LED backlighting. There are two common configurations for the LED indicators:
- Configuration A (Lower Light Always On): The lower dash light on the switch illuminates when the panel receives power, indicating the switch is ready for use. The upper light illuminates when the switch is turned ON. This configuration is useful for locating switches in the dark with low power consumption.
- Configuration B (Lower Light Only On When Switched): The lower dash light will only illuminate when the switch is turned to the ON position.

5. Maintenance
The Nilight rocker switches are designed for durability. For maintenance, ensure all connections remain secure and free from corrosion. The switches are detachable and replaceable if needed.
6. Troubleshooting
- No Power to Panel: Check the main positive and negative connections to the battery. Ensure the battery has sufficient charge.
- Individual Switch Not Working: Verify the accessory's positive and negative connections. Check for any loose wires or blown fuses in the circuit.
- LED Not Illuminating: Confirm the wiring configuration for the LED (refer to Section 4.1). Ensure the switch is receiving power.
- Intermittent Function: Inspect all connections for corrosion or looseness. Ensure proper wire gauge is used for the load.
