8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Igzyz Pen Camera, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Device Not Turning On:
Ensure the battery is fully charged. Connect the pen camera to a power source and allow it to charge for at least 1 hour. If the issue persists, try pressing the reset button with a small pin.
  • Button Not Responding:
Ensure the power button is pressed firmly and released cleanly. Some users have reported issues with the button getting stuck. If the button feels jammed, gently try to free it. If unresponsive, try resetting the device.
  • Recording Not Starting/Saving:
Verify that the Micro SD card is correctly inserted and has sufficient free space. The camera requires a Micro SD card to save recordings. Check the indicator light behavior to confirm the correct recording mode is activated. If the card is full, transfer files to your computer and format the card.
  • Poor Video/Photo Quality:
Ensure there is adequate lighting in the recording environment. The camera performs best in well-lit conditions. Avoid recording small text or in very low light, as this can reduce clarity.
  • Cannot Transfer Files to Computer:
Ensure the pen camera is properly connected to your computer via the USB cable, or that the Micro SD card is correctly inserted into the card reader and connected to the computer. Try a different USB port or cable. Ensure your computer's operating system recognizes external storage devices.
