Both the indoor monitor and outdoor doorbell camera are designed for wall mounting.

  • Indoor Monitor: Secure the mounting bracket to a suitable wall location using screws. Then, slide the monitor onto the bracket.
  • Outdoor Doorbell Camera: Choose a location near your entrance. Use the provided angle bracket if an angled view is desired. Ensure the camera is mounted securely and is protected from direct heavy rain, although it is designed to be weatherproof (IP65 rated).

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your intercom system.

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the indoor monitor and outdoor camera. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no liquid enters the device. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Outdoor Unit Care: While the outdoor unit is weatherproof (IP65), regular inspection for debris or blockages around the camera lens and microphone/speaker can prevent issues.
  • Software Updates: Check the manufacturer's website or the Tuya App for any available firmware updates to ensure your system has the latest features and security enhancements.
