- Device Not Turning On: Ensure the device is fully charged or connected to a power source. Check that the power adapter is securely plugged into both the device and the wall outlet. Verify that the individual light switches (Red/NIR) are in the 'ON' position.
- Lights Not Emitting: Confirm that the device is powered on and the specific Red or Near-Infrared switches are activated. If only one type of light is not working, try activating the other to isolate the issue.
- Unusual Noises or Malfunctions: If you experience any unusual noises, overheating, or other unexpected behavior, immediately discontinue use and contact Hooga Health customer support.
