Maintenance
To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your blaster:
- Dart Care: Use only official Nerf Elite darts. Inspect darts regularly for damage. Bent or torn darts may affect performance and could jam the blaster. Replace damaged darts.
- Cleaning: Wipe the blaster with a damp cloth to remove dirt and dust. Do not submerge the blaster in water or use harsh chemicals.
- Storage: Store the blaster and darts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Troubleshooting
- Dart Not Firing: Ensure the blaster is fully primed by pulling the priming slide completely back and then forward until it clicks. Check that darts are fully seated in the drum.
- Darts Jamming: This can often be caused by damaged darts. Inspect darts for bends or tears and replace as necessary. Ensure darts are loaded correctly and not forced.
- Reduced Firing Range: Check dart condition. Worn or damaged darts can reduce range. Ensure the blaster is properly primed.
