Setup
1. Charging the Earphones
Before first use, fully charge your earphones. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 14 hours of playback.
- Connect the Micro USB charging cable to the charging port on the inline remote.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power adapter (5V/1A recommended) or a computer USB port.
- The LED indicator will show charging status.

2. Wearing the Earphones
For optimal sound quality and comfort, choose the correct eartips and ear hooks.
- Select the eartips (XS/S/M/L/XL) that provide a secure seal in your ear canal.
- Choose the ear hooks (S/M/L) that fit snugly against your ear's concha to prevent the earphones from falling out during activity.
- Insert the earphones into your ears and adjust the cable for a comfortable fit.

3. Bluetooth Pairing
Follow these steps to pair your earphones with a Bluetooth-enabled device:
- Ensure the earphones are turned off.
- Press and hold the multi-function button for approximately 3-5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately, indicating pairing mode.
- Activate Bluetooth on your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) and search for 'SOUNDPEATS Q30 HD' in the list of available devices.
- Select 'SOUNDPEATS Q30 HD' to connect. Once connected, the LED indicator will flash blue slowly.
Operating Instructions
Basic Functions
- Power On: Press and hold the multi-function button for 3 seconds.
- Power Off: Press and hold the multi-function button for 3 seconds.
- Play/Pause: Press the multi-function button once.
- Volume Up: Press the '+' button once.
- Volume Down: Press the '-' button once.
- Next Track: Press and hold the '+' button for 2 seconds.
- Previous Track: Press and hold the '-' button for 2 seconds.
Call Management
- Answer/End Call: Press the multi-function button once.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the multi-function button for 1.5 seconds.
- Switch Call (between earphones and phone): Press and hold the multi-function button for 1.5 seconds during a call.
- Mute/Unmute Call: Double-press the multi-function button during a call.
Voice Assistant
- Activate Voice Assistant: Double-press the multi-function button when not on a call.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the earphones with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals.
- Storage: When not in use, the magnetic earbuds can be attached together to prevent tangling and make storage convenient. Store in the provided storage bag.

Troubleshooting

- Cannot Pair:
