5. Setup Instructions

1. Unpack all components and remove any packaging materials.
2. Place the main grill unit on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface.
3. Insert the removable drip tray into the base of the main unit.
4. Carefully place the heating element assembly into its designated slot above the drip tray. Ensure it is securely seated.
5. Position the non-stick grill plate on top of the heating element.
6. Fill the drip tray with approximately 2 cups of water. This is crucial for the smokeless function and to collect drippings.

6. Operating Instructions

1. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet. The power indicator light will illuminate.
2. Press the Power Button to turn on the grill.

4. Use the Temperature Control arrows (up/down) to set your desired cooking temperature, ranging from 200°F to 450°F. The LED display will show the current temperature.
