These in-ear headphones are designed to provide clear sound, IPX7 waterproofing, and convenient USB-C charging, making them suitable for various activities including work and home office use. This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new earbuds.

3. Product Overview

Familiarize yourself with the components of your Eonobuds 1:

• Multi-function Button: Located on the outer surface of each earbud for controlling playback, calls, and voice assistant.

4. Setup and First Use

4.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case

For optimal performance, fully charge the earbuds and charging case before first use.

• Place the earbuds into the charging case.
• Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source.
• The LED display on the case will show the charging progress.
• A full charge provides up to 4.5 hours of listening time for the earbuds, and the charging case extends total usage to up to 24 hours.
• A quick 15-minute charge can provide up to 1.5 hours of listening time.

4.2 Pairing with Your Device

The Eonobuds 1 utilize Bluetooth 5.2 for a stable and fast connection.

1. Take both earbuds out of the charging case. They will automatically enter pairing mode. One earbud will flash a blue light, and the other will show no light, indicating successful internal pairing.
2. On your smartphone or Bluetooth-enabled device, go to the Bluetooth settings.
3. Turn on Bluetooth.
4. Search for "Eonobuds 1" in the list of available devices.
5. Select "Eonobuds 1" to connect. Once connected, the earbuds will stop flashing.

5.1 Multi-function Button Controls

Each earbud features a multi-function button for easy control:

The Eonobuds 1 are designed for ergonomic comfort. Choose the eartip size (S, M, L) that best fits your ear canal for a secure and comfortable fit, and optimal sound quality.

6. Maintenance and Care

6.1 Water Resistance (IPX7)

Your Eonobuds 1 are IPX7 waterproof, meaning they can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. They are resistant to sweat and rain, making them suitable for workouts and outdoor activities. However, the charging case is not waterproof. Do not put the charging case into water.

6.2 Cleaning

Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case to maintain performance and hygiene:

• Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging case.
• Remove eartips and clean them with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.
• Gently clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case with a dry cotton swab to ensure proper charging.

6.3 Storage

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Avoid extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Factory Reset

If you experience pairing issues or other malfunctions, a factory reset may resolve the problem:

1. Take both earbuds out of the charging case.
2. Long-press both earbud multi-function buttons simultaneously for 12 seconds. The earbuds will sound "power on" - "pairing mode" - "dengdeng" - "dengdeng".
3. Release the buttons and place both earbuds back into the charging case.
4. On your device, go to Bluetooth settings, find "Eonobuds 1", and select "Forget This Device" or "Ignore" to remove the previous pairing. Then turn off your device's Bluetooth.
5. Turn on your device's Bluetooth again.
6. Take both earbuds out of the charging case. They will automatically enter pairing mode.
7. Search for "Eonobuds 1" and click to connect.

7.2 Common Issues

• Earbuds not charging: Ensure the charging contacts on both earbuds and case are clean and dry. Check the USB-C cable and power source.
• Only one earbud working: Try placing both earbuds back into the case, then taking them out again. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset.
• Connection drops: Ensure your device is within the Bluetooth range (up to 15 meters). Avoid obstacles that may interfere with the signal.
