4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Remove any protective films or stickers from the appliance.
- Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.
4.2 Initial Cleaning
- Before first use, wash all removable parts (bowl, lid, blades, attachments) in warm, soapy water or in a dishwasher.
- Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water.
- Dry all parts thoroughly before assembly.
4.3 Assembly
- Place the motor unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
- Insert the mixing knife or desired attachment into the bowl.
- Place the bowl onto the motor unit, ensuring it is securely locked into position.
- Add ingredients to the bowl.
- Place the lid on the bowl and rotate it clockwise until it locks. The appliance will not operate if the lid is not correctly secured.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On and Off
- Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet. The display will illuminate.
- To turn off, press and hold the 'Stop' button or unplug the appliance.
5.2 Control Panel Functions
The control panel allows you to select programs and adjust settings:
- Speed: Adjusts the mixing or chopping speed (12 levels).
- Time: Sets the duration of operation.
- Temp: Controls the cooking temperature.
- Programs: Accesses pre-set automatic programs (Soups, Pasta, Stews, Sauces, Steaming).
- Scale: Activates the integrated weighing function.
- Pulse: Provides short bursts of maximum power for quick chopping.
- Steam: Dedicated button for steaming function.
- Start/Stop: Initiates or pauses the selected program/function.
- 2s Reset: Resets settings or clears errors.

5.3 Using the Integrated Scale
- Ensure the bowl is empty and correctly placed on the motor unit.
- Press the 'Scale' button on the control panel. The display will show '0g'.
- Add ingredients to the bowl. The weight will be displayed.
- To tare (reset to zero), press the 'Scale' button again.

The Click Chef offers 5 automatic programs and manual settings for up to 32 functions, making daily cooking effortless.
6.1 Automatic Programs
- Soups: For preparing creamy or chunky soups.
