5. Setup

5.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the driver. The battery charging lamp will indicate the charging status.

  1. Locate the micro USB (Type-B) charging port on the driver.
  2. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the driver and a compatible USB power source (e.g., AC adapter, computer USB port).
  3. The charging lamp will illuminate red during charging. It will turn green when fully charged.
  4. Charging can also be done using a mobile battery (up to 5V/1A).

5.2 Bit Installation

The driver uses a sleeve chuck for quick and secure bit changes.

  1. Pull the sleeve chuck forward.
  2. Insert the desired 6.35mm hex bit into the chuck.
  3. Release the sleeve chuck to lock the bit in place. Ensure the bit is securely seated before use.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Electric Mode Operation

For quick tightening of screws:

  1. Position the bit onto the screw head.
  2. Slide the top switch forward for tightening (clockwise) or backward for loosening (counter-clockwise).
  3. The motor will assist in driving the screw. The LED light will automatically turn on to illuminate the work area.
  4. If the electric torque limit is reached, the motor will stop, and a red LED will flash, indicating it's time for manual tightening.

6.2 Manual Mode Operation

For final tightening or when higher torque is required:

  • After initial electric tightening, continue to turn the driver manually as you would with a standard screwdriver.
  • The internal gears are designed to withstand up to 10 N·m of manual torque.

7. Maintenance
