4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Speaker

1. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the speaker.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB wall charger (not included).
3. The LED indicator will show charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 3.5 hours.

4.2 Powering On/Off

• To power on, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
• To power off, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds again.

4.3 Bluetooth Pairing

1. When powered on, the speaker will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The Bluetooth indicator will flash blue.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Controls

• Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button once.
• Volume Up/Down: Press the '+' or '-' buttons.
• Next Track: Press the '+' button for 2 seconds.
• Previous Track: Press the '-' button for 2 seconds.

5.2 PartyCast Technology

PartyCast allows you to link multiple Soundcore Flare 2 speakers for a synchronized audio and light experience.

1. Ensure all Flare 2 speakers are powered on.
2. Connect one Flare 2 speaker to your device via Bluetooth (this will be the primary speaker).
3. On the primary speaker, press and hold the PartyCast button for 2 seconds. The light ring will flash white.
4. On the secondary Flare 2 speakers, press the PartyCast button once. They will search for the primary speaker.
5. Once connected, the PartyCast indicator on all speakers will turn solid white, and audio/lights will synchronize.

5.3 Light Modes

Press the Light button on the speaker to cycle through different light show modes. Further customization is available via the Soundcore app.

5.4 BassUp Feature

Press the BassUp button to activate or deactivate enhanced bass. The button will illuminate when BassUp is active.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning
