Setup Instructions

  1. Power Connection:

    Connect a DC 9V (center minus) power adapter to the pedal's power input. Ensure the adapter meets the working current requirement of 150mA. A power adapter is not included with the pedal.

  2. Instrument Connection:

    Connect your electric guitar to the pedal's input jack using a 1/4-inch instrument cable. Connect the pedal's output jack to your amplifier or other effects units using another 1/4-inch instrument cable.

  3. Initial Check:

    Before playing, ensure all connections are secure and the pedal is receiving power. The LED lights on the pedal will illuminate upon power-up.

Operating Instructions

Looper Mode (LOOPER Switch Position)

  1. Start Recording: Press the foot switch once to start recording. The LED will indicate recording status.
  2. Stop Recording/Start Playback: Press the foot switch again to stop recording and immediately start playback of the loop.
  3. Overdub: While the loop is playing, press the foot switch once to enter overdub mode. Subsequent presses will toggle between playback and overdub.
  4. Undo/Redo: Press and hold the foot switch for 2 seconds to undo the last overdub. Repeat to redo.
  5. Stop Playback: Double-press the foot switch to stop playback.
  6. Clear Loop: While playback is stopped, press and hold the foot switch for 2 seconds to clear the current loop.

Note: The looper features an auto-align function and a count-in for the first recording to help with timing.

Drum Machine Mode (DRUM Switch Position)

  1. Select Genre: Turn the GENRE knob to choose from the available drum pattern genres.
  2. Select Beat: Turn the BAR knob to select a specific drumbeat within the chosen genre.
  3. Start/Stop Drum Machine: Press the foot switch once to start or stop the drum pattern.
  4. Set Tempo (TAP Tempo): Tap the TAP button repeatedly to set the desired tempo for the drum pattern. The LED will flash to indicate the tempo.

Looper + Drum Mode (L+D Switch Position)

In this mode, the looper and drum machine operate simultaneously, synchronized by the drum machine's tempo.

  1. Start Drum Machine: Press the foot switch once to start the drum pattern.
  2. Start Recording Loop: After the drum pattern starts, press the foot switch again to begin recording your loop, synchronized with the drum beat.
  3. Overdub/Playback: Subsequent presses of the foot switch will toggle between overdubbing and playing back the loop, all while the drum machine continues.
  4. Stop Both: Double-press the foot switch to stop both the looper and the drum machine.
