3. Setup

3.1 Battery Charging

Before first use, fully charge the 2.0 Ah Power X-Change battery. Ensure the charger is connected to a suitable power outlet.

  1. Insert the battery pack into the charger. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
  2. The charging indicator lights on the charger will illuminate to show the charging status.
  3. Once fully charged, remove the battery from the charger.

3.2 Accessory Installation

The Einhell Varrito features a quick-release mechanism and magnetic tool fixation for easy and secure accessory changes.

  1. Ensure the tool is switched off and the battery is removed before changing accessories.
  2. Press the quick-release lever on the tool head.
  3. Align the accessory with the magnetic tool fixation, ensuring the accessory fits correctly onto the 12-point chuck.
  4. Release the quick-release lever to secure the accessory. Gently pull on the accessory to ensure it is firmly attached.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off

  1. Insert the charged Power X-Change battery into the tool handle until it clicks into place.
  2. To turn the tool on, slide the ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position.
  3. To turn the tool off, slide the ON/OFF switch to the "OFF" position.

4.2 Speed Adjustment

The Varrito multi-tool features variable speed electronics, allowing you to adjust the oscillation rate (22,000 to 40,000 vibrations per minute) to suit the material and application.

4.3 Applications

The Einhell Varrito is a versatile tool capable of various tasks with the appropriate accessories.

Sawing

Use the plunge-cut saw blades (HCS for wood/plastic, BIM for metal) or the segment saw blade (wood, plastic, soft metal) for cutting applications.

Sanding/Grinding

Attach the triangular grinding/sanding plate with the appropriate grit abrasive paper for sanding surfaces. The delta shape allows access to corners and tight spaces.

Scraping

Use the scraper accessory for removing old paint, adhesive, or other stubborn materials from surfaces.
