Setup

Initial Charging of the Power Bank

Before first use, fully charge your Samsung 10,000 mAh Portable Charger. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C port and the other end to a compatible wall charger (sold separately). The LED indicators on the power bank will illuminate to show the charging progress. A full charge is indicated when all LEDs are solid.

Operating Instructions

Charging a Single Device (Super Fast Charging)

To utilize the Super Fast Charging feature, connect your compatible device (e.g., Galaxy Note 10 or newer Samsung phones) to the power bank's USB-C port using a USB-C to USB-C cable. The power bank can deliver up to 25 Watts for rapid charging.

Charging Two Devices Simultaneously

The power bank allows for simultaneous charging of two devices. Connect one device to the USB-C port and another to the USB-A port. Note that when charging two devices concurrently, the 25W Super Fast Charging feature may not be available, and charging speeds may be adjusted.

Pass-Through Charging

This feature allows you to charge the portable battery itself while simultaneously charging a device. Connect the power bank to a wall charger via its USB-C port, and then connect your phone to the power bank's USB-A port. This enables both the power bank and your device to charge.
