USB-C Cable: Charging and Data Transmission Guide
Charging Method
- Connect the power adapter: Use the included USB-C charging cable and insert the USB-C plug of the cable into a power adapter that complies with the USB Power Delivery standard (such as a 20W or higher power adapter or a Mac laptop power supply).
- Insertion of mobile phone interface: The USB-C interface on the side where the mobile phone is inserted can be inserted either way. The other end is connected to a power adapter or a USB-C port on a computer to charge.
Data Transmission
When connecting an iPhone 15 to devices such as iPad and Mac with the same cable, high-speed data transmission (up to 10 Gbps) can be achieved.
Notes for Attention
- If both ends of the cable have USB-C interfaces, it needs to be used with a device that supports USB 3.2.
- If one end of the cable is USB-C and the other end is Lightning interface (such as for iPhone 14 and earlier models), a USB-C to Lightning adapter must be used for connection.
