2. Safety Information
Adherence to the following safety guidelines is crucial for preventing injury and damage to the gazebo.
- WARNING: Always properly anchor the gazebo to the ground for stability and security, especially in windy conditions. Failure to do so may result in property damage or personal injury.
- Do not use the gazebo during severe weather conditions, including heavy winds, rain, or snow. Disassemble and store the gazebo in such conditions.
- Ensure all frame connections are securely locked before use.
- Keep all flame and heat sources away from the gazebo fabric.
- Supervise children around the gazebo to prevent accidents.
- Do not hang heavy objects from the frame.
3. Setup Instructions
Assembly is best performed with at least two people. Ensure you have adequate space for setup.
3.1 Unpacking and Component Identification
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts are present according to the packing list (not provided in this manual, refer to your product's specific packing list). The main components include the pop-up steel frame, the 2-tier canopy top, mesh sidewalls, and an anchoring kit.

3.2 Frame Assembly
- Place the folded frame in the desired setup location.
- With a person at each corner, gently pull the frame outwards, partially extending it.
- Unfold the canopy top and drape it over the partially extended frame. Ensure the 2-tier top is correctly oriented.
- Continue to pull the frame outwards until it is fully extended. The legs should click into place.
- Secure the canopy to the frame using the attached hook-and-loop fasteners or ties.

3.3 Mesh Sidewall Installation
- Attach the mesh sidewalls to the gazebo frame using the integrated zippers and ties.
- Ensure all zippers are aligned and fully closed to create a seamless enclosure.

3.4 Anchoring the Gazebo
The included anchoring kit is designed for lawn surfaces. For wood or concrete surfaces, appropriate hardware (not included) must be used.
- Once the gazebo is fully assembled and positioned, use the provided stakes to secure each leg to the ground.
- For additional stability, utilize guy ropes (if included) and additional stakes to secure the canopy corners.

4. Operating the Gazebo
Your Sunjoy gazebo offers versatile configurations to suit your outdoor needs.
Flexible Enclosure Modes:
- Fully Open: For maximum sunlight and an unobstructed view, simply tie back the mesh sidewalls to the gazebo legs.
- Closed: To create a bug-free private space, fully zip all mesh sidewalls.
- Half-Open: Adjust the zippers on the mesh sidewalls to balance privacy and airflow as desired.
The 2-tier canopy design promotes airflow and provides shade, enhancing comfort during outdoor activities.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance will extend the life of your gazebo.
- Cleaning: Clean the canopy and mesh sidewalls with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.
- Frame Care: Inspect the steel frame periodically for any signs of rust or damage. Clean and touch up any scratches on the powder-coated finish to prevent corrosion.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods or during inclement weather, disassemble the gazebo and store it in a dry, protected area. Ensure the fabric is completely dry to prevent mold and mildew.
