Setup

Initial Charge

Upon receiving your watch, it may be in a low power state. To ensure proper function, expose the watch dial to a strong light source (natural sunlight is ideal) for several hours. The power reserve indicator (if visible on your model) will show the charge level. A full charge can last up to 6 months, even in the dark.

Setting Time and Date (Atomic Timekeeping)

Your watch is equipped with atomic timekeeping, which automatically synchronizes with radio signals from atomic clocks. For optimal reception, place the watch near a window overnight. The watch will attempt to receive the signal automatically. If manual adjustment is needed, refer to the detailed instructions in the official PDF manual linked in the Support section.

Operating Instructions

Using the Chronograph

The 1-second chronograph can measure elapsed time up to 60 minutes. Consult the full manual for specific button operations to start, stop, and reset the chronograph.

Perpetual Calendar

The perpetual calendar automatically adjusts the date, including for leap years, until February 28, 2100. No manual date adjustment is required unless the watch loses its time signal for an extended period or is manually reset.

Alarm Function

The watch includes an alarm feature. Instructions for setting and deactivating the alarm are detailed in the comprehensive user guide.

Maintenance

Cleaning and Care

Wipe the watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and moisture. For stainless steel components, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by drying. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Water Resistance

This watch is water resistant to 200 meters (WR200). This means it is suitable for recreational scuba diving. Ensure the crown is pushed in completely before exposing the watch to water. Do not operate the pushers or crown while the watch is wet or submerged.

Sapphire Crystal

The watch features a durable anti-reflective sapphire crystal, highly resistant to scratches. While robust, avoid unnecessary impacts to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting

  • Watch Stopped: Ensure the watch is adequately charged by exposing it to bright light. If it remains stopped, it may require a full reset (refer to the PDF manual).
  • Time Not Synchronizing: Verify the watch is in an area with good radio signal reception, ideally near a window. Avoid placing it near electronic devices that may cause interference. Manual synchronization can be attempted as per the full instructions.
  • Hands Misaligned: In rare cases, strong impacts or magnetic fields can cause hand misalignment. This can usually be corrected through a specific reset procedure outlined in the detailed manual.
