Setup
- Unboxing: Carefully remove Bennie the Bear from its packaging.
- Charging: The device is rechargeable via a mini-USB cable. Connect the provided USB cable to the charging port, typically located on the back or side of the internal unit. A full charge can last up to 25 hours at highest power consumption or 75 hours at lowest power level.
- Power On: Locate the power button on the internal unit and press it to turn on the device.

Placement: Use the attached fabric loop to secure Bennie the Bear to the outside of your baby's crib, car seat, or stroller. Ensure it is always out of the child's reach. Important: Place the Grofriend near your child, but never inside the crib or any other sleeping area with them.

Operating Instructions
Sound Functions
Bennie the Bear offers a selection of soothing sounds and lullabies to help your baby relax and sleep.
- Natural Soothing Sounds: Gently press Bennie's left paw to cycle through three natural sounds:
- White Noise
- Heartbeat
- Rain
- Lullabies: Gently press Bennie's right paw to cycle through three soothing lullabies:
- Brahms Lullaby
- Hush Little Baby
- Twinkle Twinkle Little Star
Each selected sound or lullaby will play continuously for 20 minutes before automatically turning off, unless the CrySensor is activated.

Volume Adjustment
The device features 3 volume levels. Adjust the volume to your preference to ensure a comfortable listening level for your baby. Refer to the internal unit controls for specific volume buttons.
CrySensor Technology
The smart CrySensor automatically activates the chosen sound or lullaby when it detects your baby crying. This feature helps to resettle your baby without manual intervention. Ensure the CrySensor is enabled on the internal unit for this function to operate.

Night Light Function
Bennie's belly contains a dimmable heart-shaped night light. This light creates a soothing ambiance and can be adjusted to 3 different brightness levels. The night light automatically turns off after 30 minutes.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: The plush exterior of Bennie the Bear can be surface-washed. Before cleaning, ensure the internal electronic module is removed. Do not immerse the entire product in water.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the unit frequently. Recharge as needed using the provided mini-USB cable.
Troubleshooting
- Device Not Turning On:
Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to a power source using the USB cable and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again.
- No Sound/Light:
Check if the device is powered on. Verify that the volume is not set to the lowest level. For the light, ensure it hasn't automatically turned off after 30 minutes. If the issue persists, try recharging the unit.
- CrySensor Not Activating:
Ensure the CrySensor feature is enabled on the internal unit. Check that there are no obstructions blocking the microphone. The CrySensor is designed to respond to baby's cries, not general room noise.
