Instructions for Use

Product Overview

The Tommee Tippee Ollie Owl Deluxe is a rechargeable light and sound sleep aid designed to help babies sleep. It features adjustable light brightness, multiple sound melodies, and a cry sensor.

Getting Started

Charging: Before first use, charge the sleep aid. Open the pocket on the back of the plush toy to access the power unit. Insert the charging cable into the port at the base of the unit (Figure A). The charging indicator light will be red while charging and turn blue when fully charged. It will flash 3 times when the battery is low.
Power and Volume: Turn the unit ON using the slider (4) on the front of the unit (Figure B). Select the desired volume: off, low, mid, or high.

Operation

Light: Press the front of the unit to activate the light (1) (Figure C). Cycle through brightness levels (low, mid, high) by pressing multiple times. The light will automatically turn off after 30 minutes, or you can turn it off by pressing and holding the front for 2 seconds.
Sound: Press the back of the plush toy to activate the sound (3) (Figure D). Scroll through different tunes by pressing multiple times. The sound will play for 20 minutes or until you stop it by pressing and holding the back for 2 seconds.

Cry Sensor Settings

The Ollie Owl Deluxe has three cry sensor settings:

Cry Sensor OFF: The unit does not listen for baby crying but will still play sounds and light up when the front or back is pressed.
3H Cry Sensor Auto Shut-Off: The unit turns off after 3 hours if no sound is detected.
Cry Sensor ON: The unit is constantly listening for baby crying.

Care and Safety

Keep the instruction guide for future reference.
WARNING! Never place the unit inside the baby's sleeping area. Never charge the unit while it is inside the sleep aid.
WARNING! Attach this toy out of the reach of the child. Remove the toy if the child starts to crawl to prevent entanglement.
WARNING! Use only the detachable unit provided for recharging the battery.
Remove the battery pack before washing the plush toy.
Keep the product out of reach of children while charging.
The rechargeable battery is for adult use only.
Keep the USB cable out of reach of children.
Remove the battery box from the plush toy during charging; do not charge while it is inside the toy.
Do not attempt to remove, replace, or repair the lithium-ion rechargeable battery. It should only be removed by recycling centers.
Dispose of any device containing batteries in accordance with local laws.
Soft toys should not be left in the baby's cot.
Do not drop or impact the sound sleep aid. Do not use if any part is cracked or damaged.
Ensure the product is hung outside the cot with a fabric loop when in use, so it is out of the child's reach.
Do not use accessories other than those supplied. Misuse may result in fire, electric shock, or personal injury.
Do not use damaged USB cables, adapters, or loose electrical sockets.
Do not pull the USB lead excessively when disconnecting.
Do not use the sound sleep aid with wet hands.
Do not expose the sound sleep aid to extreme temperatures.
Ensure the unit is turned off when not in use.
Use with a 5V 1A or 5V 2A plug adapter. Only use plugs approved to BS1363 (UK only).
This product contains a 1500mAh Lithium-ion rechargeable battery.
