Important Safety Instructions
- Always ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials.

Before First Use
- Unpack the grill and remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels.
- Wipe the cooking plates with a damp cloth or sponge. Do not immerse the appliance in water.
- Ensure the fat drip tray is correctly inserted into its designated slot.
- For the first use, it is recommended to preheat the grill for about 5-10 minutes without food to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present; this is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
- Allow the grill to cool down completely, then wipe the plates again. The grill is now ready for use.
Operating Instructions
1. Preheating
- Plug the grill into a suitable electrical outlet. The "Power" indicator light (red) will illuminate.
- Turn the temperature control dial to your desired setting. The "Ready" indicator light (green) will illuminate when the grill reaches the set temperature.
- Allow the grill to preheat for approximately 3-5 minutes, or until the "Ready" light indicates it's ready.

2. Cooking Modes
The Rock'nGrill 2400 UltraRapid offers two primary cooking modes:
a. Closed Grill Mode (Contact Grill)
- Ideal for sandwiches, paninis, and thinner cuts of meat or vegetables.
- Place food on the bottom plate.
- Close the upper plate. The floating hinge system allows the upper plate to adapt to the thickness of your food, ensuring even cooking.

b. 180° Open Griddle Mode
- Transform your grill into a large griddle by opening it completely flat to 180 degrees.
- This mode doubles your cooking surface, ideal for grilling multiple items simultaneously, such as vegetables, fish, or larger quantities of meat.

3. Using the Fat Drip Tray
- The integrated fat drip tray collects excess oils and juices during cooking, promoting healthier meals and easier cleanup.
- Ensure the tray is properly inserted before cooking.
- Empty and clean the tray after each use once it has cooled.

Cleaning and Maintenance
