Setup Guide
Setting up your COMFIER massager is quick and easy. Follow these steps to begin your relaxation experience:
- Unpack: Carefully remove the massager and all accessories from the packaging.
- Placement: Place the massager on your desired chair, sofa, or recliner. Ensure it is securely positioned. The massager includes straps on the back to help secure it to a chair.
- Connect Power: Connect the power adapter to the massager's input port, then plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
- Remote Control: The remote control is tethered to the massager and ready for use.

Operating Instructions

Remote Control Overview

- Power Button: Press to turn the device on or off.
- Vibration Button (1, 2, 3): Cycles through High, Medium, Low, or Off settings for seat vibration.
- Auto Button: Initiates a quick demonstration of different functions. LED lights indicate active functions. The device automatically turns off upon completion.
- Neck Shiatsu Button: Press to turn on Shiatsu neck massage. Press again to switch rotation direction. Press a third time to turn off.
- Neck Adjustment Arrows (Up/Down): Adjusts the position of the Shiatsu nodes for neck massage.
- Back Shiatsu Button: Press to turn on Shiatsu back massage. Press again to switch rotation direction.
- Rolling Button: Activates the Rolling function, where massage nodes travel up and down the back. Pressing the button adjusts the width of the massage nodes.
- Spot Button: Keeps the Shiatsu function focused in one area. Use arrow buttons to adjust the Shiatsu nodes' position up or down.
- Air Back Button: Turns on or off compression massage on the back.
- Air Intensity Button: Sets compression massage intensity at Low, Medium, or High level.
- Air Seat Button: Turns on or off compression massage on the seat.
- Full/Upper/Lower Back Button: Selects Full, Upper, or Lower back to designate the area covered by the Shiatsu massage.
- Heat Button: Turns on or off the heat function. Heat cannot be activated if Shiatsu function is not turned on.

Troubleshooting

- Device Not Turning On: Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the massager and a working electrical outlet. Check if the power button on the remote is pressed.
- Massage Intensity Too Strong/Weak: Adjust the intensity settings using the remote control. For Shiatsu, consider using or removing the detachable back flap.
- Neck Rollers Not Reaching: If the neck rollers do not align with your neck, try placing a seat cushion or pillow on the sitting part of the massager to adjust your height.
- Overuse Protection: For safe use, avoid continuous massage exceeding 15 minutes per session and no more than 3 times per day to prevent muscle strain. The device may automatically shut off after 15 minutes.
