4. Installation

The AIKE AK2800C hand dryer offers two installation methods: direct plug-in or hard-wired. Always ensure power is disconnected before beginning installation.

    • For Plug-in Installation: The dryer comes with a 67-inch (1.7m) power cord. Simply plug it into a suitable 110V outlet after mounting.
    • For Hard-wired Installation: Carefully remove the power cord from the unit. Connect the building's electrical wiring to the hand dryer's terminal block, ensuring correct polarity (Live, Neutral, Ground). Secure all connections.
  4. Mount the Unit: Secure the hand dryer to the wall using appropriate screws. Ensure it is level and firmly attached.
  5. Restore Power: Once installation is complete and all connections are secure, restore power at the circuit breaker.
