1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the iDance BEATMIX G3 Bluetooth Party Speaker. This manual provides essential information for safe and optimal use of your device. Please read it carefully before operation and retain it for future reference.

3. Product Overview

The iDance BEATMIX G3 is a portable Bluetooth party speaker featuring integrated sound pads and a dynamic light show. Familiarize yourself with the speaker's components:

4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

The BEATMIX G3 has a built-in rechargeable battery. Before first use, fully charge the speaker using a compatible USB power adapter (not included) and the provided USB charging cable. Connect the USB cable to the DC 5V port on the speaker (refer to Figure 3.2). The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off or change color when fully charged.

4.2 Power On/Off

To turn the speaker ON, press and hold the Power button located on the side panel (refer to Figure 3.2) for approximately 3 seconds. To turn the speaker OFF, press and hold the Power button again for 3 seconds.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the BEATMIX G3 speaker is powered ON. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED light.
2. On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth functionality.
3. Search for available Bluetooth devices. Select 'BEATMIX G3' from the list.
4. A confirmation sound will indicate successful pairing. The LED indicator will stop flashing and remain solid.

5.2 Sound Pad Functions

The speaker features 4 illuminated pads on the top panel (refer to Figure 3.1) for creating sound effects and remixing music:

• Press each colored pad (magenta, green, blue, yellow) to trigger different pre-programmed sound effects.
• The 'HOLD Bank' buttons may allow you to switch between different sets or banks of sound effects, expanding your creative options.

5.3 Volume Control

Adjust the playback volume using the dedicated 'VOL-' and 'VOL+' buttons on the speaker's control panel (refer to Figure 3.1). You can also control the volume from your connected Bluetooth device.

5.4 Light Show

The BEATMIX G3 features an integrated, dynamic light show that enhances the party atmosphere. The lights will automatically activate when the speaker is powered on and will synchronize with the music playback.

5.5 MP3 Playback (USB/SD)

To play MP3 audio files directly from storage media:

1. Insert a USB flash drive or a microSD card (not included) containing MP3 audio files into the respective port on the side panel (refer to Figure 3.2).
2. The speaker will automatically detect the media and begin playing the MP3 files.
3. Use the track control buttons (if available, often integrated with volume or separate play/pause/skip buttons) to navigate through your music.

5.6 AUX Input

To connect an external audio device via AUX cable:

1. Connect one end of a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to the AUX input port on the speaker (refer to Figure 3.2).
2. Connect the other end of the cable to the headphone jack or audio output of your external device (e.g., MP3 player, laptop).
3. The speaker will typically switch to AUX mode automatically. If not, ensure no other media (Bluetooth, USB/SD) is actively playing.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

Wipe the exterior of the speaker with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or chemical sprays, as these can damage the finish or internal components.

6.2 Storage

When not in use for extended periods, store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and excessive dust. Ensure the battery is partially charged before storing to prolong its lifespan.

7. Troubleshooting

• No Power: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the speaker to a power source using the USB cable. If the issue persists, try a different USB power adapter.
• No Bluetooth Connection: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the speaker is in pairing mode (flashing LED). Move your device closer to the speaker. Try disconnecting and re-pairing the device. Turn both devices off and on again.
• No Sound: Check volume levels on both the speaker and the connected device. Ensure the correct input source (Bluetooth, AUX, USB/SD) is selected. Verify that the audio cable is securely connected if using AUX input.
• Sound Distortion: Reduce the volume on both the speaker and the connected device. Ensure the audio source is not distorted. Move the speaker away from potential interference sources.
• Sound Pads Not Responding: Ensure the speaker is powered on. If the issue persists, try restarting the speaker.
