2. Product Features

Wide Compatibility: Compatible with iOS 13.0 or higher MFi systems (iPhone 14/13/12/11/X/XR/8/7, iPad series) and Android 6.0 or higher systems (Samsung Galaxy, Oppo, Vivo, LG, OnePlus smartphones and tablets). Note: Does not support MediaTek chip phones.
Wireless 4.0 Connectivity: Utilizes advanced wireless 4.0 solution for stable and responsive gameplay.
Ergonomic Design: Structured for comfortable operation and accurate positioning, reducing hand fatigue during extended gaming sessions.

3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Unboxing and Components

Upon opening the package, you will find the ipega PG-9083S game controller, a user manual, and a data cable for charging.

3.2 Adjusting the Telescopic Rod

The controller features a telescopic rod to securely hold your smartphone or tablet. Gently pull the two sides of the controller apart to extend the rod. Place your device securely in the center, then allow the controller to retract slightly to grip the device firmly. Ensure your device is centered and stable before use.

3.3 Selecting the Operating Mode

The PG-9083S controller supports multiple operating modes. Before powering on, select the appropriate mode using the switch on the left side of the handle:

Android Mode: For standard Android devices.
Android V3 Mode: Recommended for Android devices for better compatibility and custom button mapping via the Shootingplus V3 APP.
IOS Mode: For iOS devices (iOS 13.0+ MFi system).
PC Mode: For use with personal computers.

3.4 Powering On and Bluetooth Pairing

After selecting the desired mode, press and hold the Power button (usually the HOME button) to turn on the controller. The corresponding LED indicator will flash, indicating it's ready for pairing.
