1. Product Overview

The PDi 1/4" Bolt Cover Kit is designed to provide a clean and finished appearance for PDi Healthcare Grade Arm Mounted Patient TV Systems. This kit specifically covers 1/4-inch bolts used in the mounting system, enhancing aesthetics and providing a protective layer. 2. Package Contents

3. Setup and Installation

This kit is designed for use with PDi Low-Voltage TV Systems that utilize arm-mounting systems. The bolt covers are intended to conceal 1/4-inch bolts on these mounts.

1. Identify Target Bolts: Locate the 1/4-inch bolts on your PDi healthcare TV arm mount that require covering. Ensure they are clean and free of debris.
2. Place Flange Washer: Slide one of the provided 1/4" flange washers over each bolt. The washer should sit flush against the mounting surface or the existing nut/bolt head.
3. Attach Plastic Cover: Align a Starlight Gray plastic bolt cover over the flange washer and bolt head. Gently press the cover firmly until it snaps securely into place over the washer and bolt. Ensure the cover is seated properly and does not wobble.
4. Repeat: Repeat the process for all remaining 1/4-inch bolts you wish to cover.

Note: These covers are designed for specific PDi arm mounts. Verify compatibility before installation. Do not force covers if they do not fit easily, as this may indicate an incorrect bolt size or incompatible mount.

4. Maintenance

The PDi Bolt Cover Kit requires minimal maintenance. To clean the plastic covers, simply wipe them with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild, non-abrasive cleaning solution can be used. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these may damage the finish of the plastic covers.
