Setup and Assembly
The BISSELL AeroSwift Compact Vacuum Cleaner is designed for easy, tool-free assembly.
- Attach the Handle: Insert the upper handle assembly into the main vacuum body until it clicks securely into place.
- Connect the Hose: Connect the flexible hose to the designated port on the back of the vacuum. Ensure it is firmly attached.
- Store On-Board Tools: Place the included attachments (Crevice Tool, 2-in-1 Dusting Brush, Extension Wand, TurboBrush) into their designated storage slots on the vacuum for easy access during cleaning.

Operating Instructions
- Power On/Off: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. Press the power button, typically located near the base, to turn the vacuum on or off.
- Adjust Height Settings: The vacuum features 5 adjustable height settings. Use the dial or lever on the vacuum head to select the appropriate height for your floor type (e.g., low for hard floors, higher for thick carpets). This ensures optimal cleaning and prevents scattering debris.
- Vacuuming Floors: Gently push and pull the vacuum across the floor surface. For best results, move at a steady pace. The Scatter-Free Technology helps prevent debris from scattering on hard floors.

Using On-Board Tools
The AeroSwift comes with several convenient on-board tools for specialized cleaning tasks:
- Extension Wand: Use this to extend your reach for high areas, ceilings, or under furniture.
- Crevice Tool: Ideal for tight spaces, corners, and edges.
- 2-in-1 Dusting Brush: Perfect for dusting delicate surfaces, blinds, and upholstery.
- TurboBrush: Provides powerful rotating brush action for stairs, upholstery, and pet hair removal.
To use an attachment, detach the hose from the main unit and firmly connect the desired tool to the end of the hose or extension wand.
