2. Setup

2.1 Battery Installation

The BN59-01303A remote control requires two (2) AAA batteries for operation. It is recommended to use brand new alkaline batteries for optimal performance.

Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
Slide the battery cover downwards to open the compartment.
Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the indicators inside the compartment.
Slide the battery cover back into place until it clicks securely.

Important Note:

If the remote control does not function after battery installation, ensure that brand new alkaline batteries are used. Rechargeable batteries may not provide sufficient power. Also, verify that there are no obstructions between the remote control and the television's infrared receiver.

3. Operating Instructions
