Setup Instructions

Operating Instructions
Height Adjustment
The desk's height can be adjusted using the integrated touch-screen controller. Press and hold the Up arrow to raise the desk or the Down arrow to lower it. Release the button when the desired height is reached.
Memory Presets
The controller allows you to save up to three preferred height settings for quick adjustments. To set a memory preset:
- Adjust the desk to your desired height using the Up/Down arrows.
- Press the 'M' button. The display will show 'S-'.
- Immediately press one of the number buttons (1, 2, or 3) to save the current height to that preset. The display will confirm 'S-1', 'S-2', or 'S-3' and then return to the height display.
To use a saved preset, simply press the corresponding number button (1, 2, or 3). The desk will automatically move to the saved height.
Timer Function
The desk features a timer function to remind you to change positions. To activate the timer:
- Repeatedly press the 'T' button to cycle through half-hour increments (0.5h, 1.0h, 1.5h, 2.0h).
- Once the desired time is selected, the display will stop flashing, and a small light in the top right corner of the controller will illuminate, indicating the timer is active.
A beep will sound when the timer expires, reminding you to adjust your position. To deactivate the timer, repeatedly press the 'T' button until the desk height is displayed and the small light turns off.
Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your VIVO Electric Standing Desk, regular maintenance is recommended. Keep the desk surface clean by wiping it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish. Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight and secure. Keep hands and fingers away from moving parts during height adjustment. Do not use the desk if the power cord is damaged or if the desk shows signs of damage.
Troubleshooting
General Reset Procedure
If the desk encounters an error or becomes unresponsive, a general reset may resolve the issue. To perform a reset:
- Unplug the desk from the power source.
- Wait for at least 10-15 seconds.
- Plug the desk back into the power source.
- Press and hold the Down arrow button on the controller for approximately 15 seconds until the desk initiates a reset cycle. The desk may move to its lowest position and then slightly up to indicate the reset is complete.
