4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Device
Before initial use, fully charge the SP300 using the provided USB cable. Connect the USB cable to the speakerphone's charging port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The LED indicator will show charging status.
4.2 Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power button (⏻) for approximately 3-5 seconds until the LED indicator lights up.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button (⏻) for approximately 3-5 seconds until the LED indicator turns off.
4.3 Connecting to a Device
The SP300 offers two primary connection methods: USB and Bluetooth.
4.3.1 USB Connection
For a direct and stable connection, use the provided USB cable:
- Connect one end of the USB cable to the SP300.
- Connect the other end to an available USB port on your computer.
- The device will be recognized automatically by most operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, Linux OS, ChromeOS).
- In your computer's sound settings or conference application settings, select "KAYSUDA SP300" as the input (microphone) and output (speaker) device.

4.3.2 Bluetooth Connection
To connect wirelessly via Bluetooth:
- Ensure the SP300 is powered on.
- Press the Bluetooth button (Ⓑ) on the speakerphone. The LED indicator will flash blue, indicating it is in pairing mode.
- On your smartphone, tablet, or computer, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "KAYSUDA SP300" from the list of devices to pair.
- Once paired, the LED indicator will turn solid blue.
Note on Bluetooth Dongle: If your PC does not have built-in Bluetooth, or if you experience connection issues, a Bluetooth dongle (optional, not included) may be used. If your PC has Bluetooth and you wish to use a dongle, first disable the PC's internal Bluetooth to avoid conflicts. Ensure your device's Bluetooth drivers are updated for optimal performance.
5. Operating the Device
5.1 Call Management
- Answer Call: Press the Call button (📞) once.
- End Call: Press the Call button (📞) once during an active call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the Call button (📞) for 2 seconds.
5.2 Volume Control
- Increase Volume: Press the Volume Up button (+).
- Decrease Volume: Press the Volume Down button (-).
5.3 Microphone Mute
- Mute Microphone: Press the Mute button (⫽) once. The LED indicator will turn red.
- Unmute Microphone: Press the Mute button (⫽) again. The LED indicator will return to its previous state.
5.4 Optimizing for Conference Applications
For optimal performance with applications like Zoom, Skype, or Microsoft Teams, ensure the KAYSUDA SP300 is selected as the default audio input (microphone) and output (speaker) device within the application's audio settings.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
To clean the device, use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or spray directly onto the device. Avoid moisture in openings.
6.2 Storage
Store the speakerphone in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. When not in use for extended periods, ensure the device is fully charged before storage and recharge periodically to maintain battery health.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your KAYSUDA SP300, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Device Not Powering On: Ensure the device is fully charged. If the battery is depleted, connect it to a power source using the USB cable and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again.
- No Sound or Microphone Not Working:
- Check if the device is properly connected via USB or Bluetooth.
- Verify that "KAYSUDA SP300" is selected as the default playback and recording device in your computer's sound settings and within your conference application (e.g., Zoom, Skype).
- Ensure the microphone is not muted on the device or within the software.
- Adjust the volume on both the speakerphone and your connected device/software.
- Bluetooth Connection Issues:
- Ensure the speakerphone is in pairing mode (flashing blue LED).
- Disable and re-enable Bluetooth on your host device (smartphone, computer).
- Remove "KAYSUDA SP300" from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to re-pair.
- Update your computer's Bluetooth drivers. If using a Bluetooth dongle, ensure it is properly installed and its drivers are updated.
- Mute Function Not Responding: If the mute indicator is red but the microphone is still active, try toggling the mute button several times. If the issue persists, restart the device.
- Volume Too Low/Not Loud Enough: Ensure both the device's volume and the connected device's volume are set to appropriate levels. For optimal audio, place the speakerphone centrally in the meeting area.
- Device Unresponsive (Hard Reset): If the device becomes completely unresponsive, a hard reset may be necessary. This typically involves holding the Power and Mute buttons simultaneously for several seconds. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact customer support.
