2. Product Introduction
The SP300 is a Smart Wireless Conference speakerphone that connects to PCs, tablets, and smartphones via Wireless or USB. It features an omnidirectional microphone and a high-quality speaker, providing 360° voice pickup over long distances. Its compact and portable design makes it convenient for both fixed and mobile office use.

4. How to Power On/Off
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The logo indicator LED will turn blue and flash, indicating the device is powered on. To power off, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds again; all LEDs will turn off.
5. How to Charge
Insert the USB cable into the micro USB port of the SP300. Connect the USB Type-A end to a PC's USB port or a 5V external charger. The logo indicator LED will be red while charging and will turn off when fully charged.
*AC adapters are purchased separately.
*Only UL certified ITE power supplies can be used. The electrical rated output must be 5V DC, 1A minimum.
6. How to Connect
1. Connect with PC
- Use the provided USB cable to connect the SP300 to your PC.
- The device will start automatically, and the power indicator LED will light up. You can use it in USB mode.
- Set the "Echo Cancelling Speakerphone SP300" as the default output and input audio device in your PC's sound settings.
2. Connect to Smartphone/PC with Bluetooth
- Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to power on the device. The logo indicator LED will be blue and flashing, indicating SP300 is in Wireless pair mode.
- On your smartphone or PC, open Bluetooth settings, search for "SPEAKERPHONE SP300", and connect.
- If using a PC, set "SPEAKERPHONE SP300 Stereo" as the default playback device and "SPEAKERPHONE SP300 Hand-Free AG Audio" as the default communication device. Ensure you select "Set as Default Device" for the correct audio output and communication.
- If the host device has previously connected to the SP300, press and hold the Wireless pair mode button for 3 seconds. The logo indicator LED will flash blue, and your smartphone/PC will automatically connect back. The logo indicator will remain lit.
3. Connect to PC with Wireless Dongle
- If you have trouble connecting via your PC's built-in Bluetooth, plug the Wireless dongle into any USB port on your PC.
- In your PC's device manager, find "Generic Wireless Radio". If your PC has an internal wireless module, disable it first.
- Press and hold the Wireless Pair mode button for 3 seconds. The logo indicator LED will flash blue, indicating SP300 is in Wireless pair mode.
- On your PC, open Bluetooth settings, search for "SPEAKERPHONE SP300", and connect.
- When the host device has previously connected to the SP300, powering on the device will initiate an automatic connection. The wireless indicator will remain lit.
Note on Bluetooth Dongle Usage:
Before using the Bluetooth dongle, check your host device's configuration.
- If your host device has a default Bluetooth module, disable it first, then insert the Bluetooth dongle into a USB Type-A port.
- If your host device does not have a Bluetooth module, insert the Bluetooth dongle into a USB Type-A port; it will work directly.
*This dongle is compatible with Windows 10. For Windows 7/8.1, Mac, and Linux, USB mode is recommended.
4. Connect to 2 Smartphones with Wireless and 1 PC with USB Simultaneously
- Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The logo indicator LED will flash blue.
- Connect the SP300 to your PC using the USB cable.
- Press and hold the Wireless Pair mode button for 3 seconds. The logo indicator LED will flash, indicating SP300 is in Wireless pair mode.
- Connect up to 2 smartphones via Bluetooth.
- The speaker will prioritize audio from the last connected device among the 2 Bluetooth and 1 USB connections.
5. Daisy Chain Mode
- Power on two SP300 units and connect them using the Daisy chain cable.
- Connect one of the SP300s to your smartphone wirelessly or to your PC via USB to expand pickup and playback range for larger conference spaces.
Note: When using daisy chain mode, your phone or PC only needs to connect to one of the two devices.

9. Trouble Shooting
