1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read this instruction manual carefully before using the appliance and save it for future reference. Incorrect use may lead to injury or damage to the appliance.

• Always place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Do not immerse the appliance, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
• Keep the appliance out of reach of children.
• Ensure the voltage indicated on the appliance matches your local mains voltage before connecting.
• Do not operate the appliance if the plug, main cord, or the appliance itself is damaged.
• Unplug the appliance from the mains socket when not in use and before cleaning.
• Do not use accessories not recommended by the manufacturer.
• Do not place the appliance against a wall or against other appliances. Leave at least 10 cm free space on the back and sides and 10 cm free space above the appliance.
• Hot air is released through the air outlet openings during hot air frying. Keep your hands and face at a safe distance from the air outlet openings.

2. Product Overview

The Princess Airfryer XXL is designed for healthy frying, grilling, roasting, and baking with minimal oil. It features a digital touch panel and a large capacity suitable for family meals.

3. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the appliance from its packaging. Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels.
2. Initial Cleaning: Clean the basket and the pan thoroughly with hot water, some washing-up liquid, and a non-abrasive sponge. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a moist cloth.
3. Placement: Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal, and level surface. Do not place the appliance on non-heat-resistant surfaces.
4. Air Circulation: Ensure there is sufficient free space (at least 10 cm) around the appliance for proper air circulation.
5. Power Connection: Insert the power plug into a grounded wall socket.

4. Operating Instructions

The Princess Airfryer XXL features a digital touch screen with 8 pre-programmed settings and manual control for temperature and time.

4.1 First Use

Before first use, it is recommended to run the airfryer empty for about 10 minutes at 180°C to burn off any manufacturing residues. This may produce a slight odor, which is normal.

4.2 General Operation

1. Power On: Plug in the appliance. The power button will light up. Press the power button to turn on the display.
2. Prepare Food: Place the ingredients into the basket. Do not overfill the basket.
3. Insert Basket: Slide the pan with the basket back into the airfryer.
4. Select Program:
   • Pre-programmed Settings: Choose one of the 8 pre-programmed cooking settings (e.g., fries, chicken, fish, meat, cake, pizza, shrimp, bread) by tapping the corresponding icon. The appliance will automatically set the optimal time and temperature.
   • Manual Settings: Alternatively, manually set the temperature (80°C to 200°C) and time (up to 60 minutes) using the '+' and '-' buttons for temperature and time.
5. Start Cooking: Press the start/pause button to begin the cooking process.
6. Shaking/Turning Food: For some recipes, it is necessary to shake or turn the ingredients halfway through the cooking time. The appliance may beep to remind you. Pull out the pan, shake/turn the food, and then slide the pan back in. The cooking will resume automatically.
7. Completion: When the set cooking time has elapsed, the appliance will beep. Carefully pull out the pan and empty the contents.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your Princess Airfryer XXL.

1. Before Cleaning: Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
2. Basket and Pan: The non-stick basket and pan are dishwasher-safe. Alternatively, they can be cleaned with hot water, washing-up liquid, and a non-abrasive sponge. Ensure no food residues are left.
3. Interior: Wipe the interior of the appliance with a non-abrasive sponge and hot water. For stubborn food residues, use a mild detergent.
4. Exterior: Clean the exterior of the appliance with a moist cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or scouring pads.
5. Heating Element: Clean the heating element with a cleaning brush to remove any food residues.
