  2. Add Ingredients: With the mixing paddle and lid in place, pour your prepared mixture through the refill opening in the transparent lid.
  3. Set Timer: Use the control knob and buttons on the top panel to set the desired preparation time. The digital timer allows for variable settings from 1 to 60 minutes. For most ice cream and yogurt recipes, 20-25 minutes is sufficient.
  4. Start Operation: Press the Start/Stop button to begin the mixing and cooling process. The integrated compressor will automatically cool the mixture while the paddle churns.
  5. Monitor Progress: You can observe the consistency through the transparent lid. The LCD display shows the remaining time.
  6. Completion: Once the set time has elapsed, the machine will stop automatically. Unplug the appliance.
  7. Serve: Remove the lid and mixing paddle. Use the included ice cream spoon/spatula to scoop out your fresh ice cream or yogurt. For a firmer consistency, transfer the mixture to an airtight container and place it in the freezer for an additional 1-2 hours.
