4. Setup
4.1 Unfolding the Scooter
- Place the scooter on a flat surface.
- Locate the folding mechanism near the base of the steering column.
- Release the locking lever/pin and carefully lift the steering column until it clicks into place in the upright position.
- Ensure the locking mechanism is securely engaged before use.

4.2 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the scooter's battery. This typically takes 2 to 3 hours.
- Locate the charging port on the scooter (usually near the battery compartment).
- Connect the charger to the charging port, then plug the charger into a standard wall outlet.
- The indicator light on the charger will typically show red during charging and turn green when fully charged.
- Disconnect the charger once charging is complete. Do not overcharge.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off
- To power on: Press and hold the power button on the display until the screen illuminates.
- To power off: Press and hold the power button until the display turns off.
5.2 Riding the Scooter
- Ensure you are wearing all safety gear.
- Place one foot firmly on the deck of the scooter.
- Push off with your other foot to gain initial momentum (the safety start feature requires this).
- Once moving, gently press the accelerator trigger on the handlebar to engage the motor.
- To brake, release the accelerator and gently squeeze the electric brake lever on the handlebar. For stronger braking, use the mechanical foot brake on the rear wheel.
5.3 Speed Modes
The BEEPER FX1L typically offers multiple speed modes:
- Mode 1: Approximately 6 km/h (suitable for pedestrian areas or learning)
- Mode 2: Approximately 15 km/h
- Mode 3: Approximately 20 km/h (maximum speed)
