Setup Guide

1. What's in the Box

Before you begin, ensure all components are present:

• USB-C to USB-A 3.0 Charging Cable
• AUX Cable

2. Charging Your Speaker

For optimal performance, fully charge your Motion+ speaker before first use.

1. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the speaker.
2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB wall charger (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The charging indicator light will illuminate. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours.
4. Once fully charged, the indicator light will change (refer to the Quick Start Guide for specific light behavior).

3. Powering On/Off

• To power on, press and hold the power button (⏻) for 2 seconds.
• To power off, press and hold the power button (⏻) for 2 seconds again.

Operating Instructions

1. Bluetooth Pairing

The Motion+ speaker uses Bluetooth 5.0 for a stable wireless connection.

1. Power on the Soundcore Motion+. The Bluetooth indicator light will flash blue, indicating it's in pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for "Soundcore Motion+".
3. Select "Soundcore Motion+" from the list of available devices to connect.
4. Once connected, the Bluetooth indicator light will turn solid blue.

To pair with a new device, press and hold the Bluetooth button on the speaker for 2 seconds to enter pairing mode again.

2. AUX Connection

For wired audio playback or Hi-Res audio sources, use the provided AUX cable.

1. Connect one end of the AUX cable to the AUX port on the Soundcore Motion+.
2. Connect the other end to the audio output jack of your device.
3. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode.

3. Controls

4. Soundcore App and Equalizer Customization

Download the Soundcore app from your device's app store to unlock additional features and customize your listening experience.

• Equalizer (EQ) Customization: Adjust the sound profile to your preference with various preset EQ modes or create your own custom settings.
• Firmware Updates: Keep your speaker updated with the latest features and improvements.
• Battery Status: Monitor the speaker's battery level.

5. Wireless Stereo Pairing (TWS)

You can pair two Soundcore Motion+ speakers together to achieve a true wireless stereo sound experience.

1. Ensure both Motion+ speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press and hold the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds until the indicator flashes blue.
3. On the second speaker, press the Bluetooth button once. It will attempt to connect to the primary speaker.
4. Once successfully paired, the Bluetooth indicator on both speakers will turn solid blue, and you will hear a confirmation tone.
5. Now, connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth. Audio will play through both speakers in stereo.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

• Wipe the speaker with a soft, damp cloth.
• Do not use any corrosive cleaners or chemicals.
• Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed before cleaning with water.

2. Storage

• Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• If storing for an extended period, charge the battery every 3 months to maintain its lifespan.

3. Waterproofing Precautions (IPX7)

The Motion+ is IPX7 rated, meaning it can withstand submersion in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes. To ensure its waterproof integrity:

• Always ensure the charging port cover is fully sealed before exposing the speaker to water.
• Do not submerge the speaker in saltwater or other liquids besides fresh water.
• Avoid exposing the speaker to high-pressure water jets.
• After exposure to water, wipe the speaker dry before charging.
