1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using the appliance and retain them for future reference. Incorrect use of the appliance may result in injury or damage.

3. Setup

Before First Use:

• Unpack all parts and remove any packaging materials.
• Wash the blender jar, lid, measuring cup, and grinder attachments in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
• Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water.

Assembly:

1. Place the motor unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
2. For blending: Ensure the blade assembly is securely attached to the bottom of the blender jar. Place the blender jar onto the motor unit, aligning the grooves. Turn the jar clockwise until it locks into place.
3. For grinding: Attach the desired grinder attachment to the motor unit by aligning the tabs and twisting clockwise until secure.
4. Place the lid onto the blender jar and insert the measuring cup into the lid opening.

4. Operating Instructions

General Blending Operation:

1. Ensure the blender is unplugged.
2. Add ingredients to the blender jar. Do not exceed the maximum fill line indicated on the jar. For best results, add liquids first, then soft ingredients, and finally harder ingredients or ice.
3. Securely place the lid on the blender jar and insert the measuring cup.
4. Plug the appliance into a power outlet.
5. Select the desired speed setting (1 or 2) using the control knob. For short bursts, use the 'PULSE' setting.
6. Blend until the desired consistency is achieved. Do not operate continuously for more than 3 minutes. Allow the appliance to cool down for 10 minutes before resuming.
7. Once blending is complete, turn the control knob to '0' (off) and unplug the appliance.
8. Carefully remove the blender jar from the motor unit and pour out the contents.

Using the Grinder Attachments:

1. Ensure the blender is unplugged.
2. Place the ingredients (e.g., coffee beans, spices, nuts) into one of the grinder attachments. Do not overfill.
3. Securely attach the grinder to the motor unit by aligning the tabs and twisting clockwise until it locks.
4. Plug the appliance into a power outlet.
5. Use the 'PULSE' setting or speed '1' for short intervals until ingredients are ground to the desired fineness.
6. Turn the control knob to '0' (off) and unplug the appliance.
7. Carefully remove the grinder attachment from the motor unit and empty its contents.

Speed Settings:

• 0: Off
• 1: Low speed, suitable for soft ingredients and general mixing.
• 2: High speed, suitable for harder ingredients, crushing ice, and achieving finer blends.
• PULSE: Provides short bursts of maximum power for controlled blending or crushing. Hold for desired duration.

Cleaning the Blender Jar and Accessories:

1. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
2. Remove the blender jar or grinder attachment from the motor unit.
3. Disassemble the lid and measuring cup.
4. Wash all removable parts (jar, lid, measuring cup, grinder attachments) in warm soapy water. Use a brush to safely clean the blades.
5. Rinse thoroughly under running water.
6. Allow all parts to air dry completely before storing or reassembling.

Cleaning the Motor Unit:

• Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers, as they may scratch the surface.
• Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
