Connect the smaller end of one power adapter to the DC-Jack port on the Baby Unit (camera) and the other end to a power outlet. Connect the second power adapter to the Parent Unit (monitor) and a power outlet. Ensure both units are fully charged before initial use for optimal battery performance.
- Placement of Baby Unit (Camera):
Place the Baby Unit in a location that provides a clear view of your baby. Ensure it is at least 3 feet (1 meter) away from the baby to avoid potential hazards. For optimal pan/tilt/zoom functionality, position the camera where it has an unobstructed view of the desired monitoring area.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No picture/sound on Parent Unit. | Units are not powered on, out of range, or not paired. | Ensure both units are powered on and charged. Move Parent Unit closer to Baby Unit. Re-pair units if necessary (refer to Setup section). |
| Picture is unclear or distorted. | Interference from other devices, low light, or camera lens is dirty. | Move units away from other electronic devices. Ensure adequate lighting for color vision or rely on night vision. Clean camera lens with a soft cloth. |
| Parent Unit battery drains quickly. | Screen is constantly on, frequent use of features, or battery degradation over time. | Use Audio Only Mode to conserve battery. Reduce screen brightness. Ensure full charges. Battery life naturally decreases over years of use. |
