6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Croma OTG, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Appliance does not turn on. Not plugged in; power outage; timer not set. Ensure the plug is securely in the outlet. Check household fuse/circuit breaker. Set the timer knob to a desired time or 'Stay On'.
Food cooks unevenly. Incorrect rack position; overcrowding; heating element issue. Use the recommended rack position for the food type. Avoid overcrowding the oven. Ensure the correct heating function is selected. Try using convection mode.
Smoke or odor during first use. Residual manufacturing oils/coatings. This is normal during the initial burn-off. Ensure good ventilation. If it persists after initial use, contact customer support.
Rotisserie not rotating. Rotisserie not properly engaged; food too heavy; incorrect function selected. Ensure the rotisserie rod is correctly seated in the drive socket. Do not overload the rotisserie. Select the specific rotisserie function.

If the problem persists after trying these solutions, please contact Croma customer support.
